OYAK is one of Turkey's largest revenue-generating organisations, with operations spanning industry, finance, construction and beyond. Its subsidiary Erdemir Group ranks among the top 50 steel producers in the world, with production facilities across Turkey and Romania. The Turkish Armed Forces Pension Fund that sits behind these operations is organically linked to NATO's second largest standing military.
A procurement-facing product catalogue serving industrial buyers across the group's steel and materials portfolio. UI design and front-end development focused on clear navigation of a complex product range, structured for efficient decision-making in a professional procurement context.
Two purpose-built platforms covering Erdemir's summer and long-term internship programmes and its sculpture competition. Both are public-facing application systems with built-in evaluation workflows for internal administrators, including export and import functionality for distributing submissions across departments. The portals bring a considered, accessible design to processes that directly shape how one of Turkey's largest industrial employers engages with the next generation of talent.
